Through convenient online questionnaires and a personalized video planning session, we'll embark on a collaborative journey to design the perfect ceremony. Your private online couples portal serves as a hub for our creative exchanges, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision and reflects the depth of your connection. You will have unlimited edits and the final say on the wording of your ceremony.
Your love story, if you wish, will take center stage,
woven into the fabric of your ceremony with joy and authenticity.
By asking each of you and a few of your closest family and friends (chosen by you) to provide their loving details about your journey and how you came to be standing together on your wedding day. You and your guests will enjoy your love story filled with love and emotions from the moment you met to your big day.
From heartfelt readings to symbolic rituals like candle lighting, ring warming, or handfasting, every element is tailored to reflect your unique journey together. But it doesn't end there. As your dedicated officiant, I'll guide you through every step of the process, from planning sessions to rehearsal coordination. A comprehensive ceremony planning schedule ensures seamless collaboration with your vendors, allowing you to relax and enjoy the lead-up to your big day.

The Signature Ceremony includes processing and filing of your Marriage License at the town of origin after your ceremony. As a lasting keepsake, you'll receive a beautifully crafted copy of your ceremony, preserving the magic of your special day for years to come.

Traditional Short and Sweet Weekday Ceremony
Monday- Thursday $650
This is for the couple wishing to be married on a weekday Monday - Thursday This wedding ceremony includes your choice of wording and is personalized for you. You must bring along 2 witnesses, and your valid marriage license at the time of your ceremony. This package includes: officiating your ceremony, and post-wedding filing of your marriage license in accordance with Maine State Marriage Law and a keepsake copy of your ceremony.

Are you planning to have a friend or relative officiate your big day? I can help to be sure it goes as planned. I will collaborate with you and your officiant. I offer services that include writing your complete ceremony, writing your love story, designing your ceremony day plan/schedule so everyone including vendors is in the loop, and 1 on 1 coaching for your officiant designed to ensure they provide you with a top-notch ceremony from start to finish. I can offer coach service on zoom, by phone call, or an in-person meet-up prior to your wedding day.

No limit to the size or number of guests.
Rehearsals:
Are included as part of the Signature Ceremony.
Wedding Location:
Pricing is based on the location of your ceremony. Field, farm, backyard, beach, rustic, lake, or just about any place in between. Please note at this time, I do not scale boulders, hike beyond .25 miles in any direction, or climb ocean-side cliffs since I do carry some items with me. I would be open to a hot air balloon, a tropical spot on a beach, or the use of a golf cart to reach a secluded ceremony destination:)
Reservation Fee, Holidays, Payment Options, and Rental Mini Mic/Amp:

A reservation fee of 50% of the total package fee is required to reserve your wedding date.

I currently do not accept ceremony reservations that fall on a major holiday or major holiday weekend.

Monthly payment options are available.

All payments are processed through Square

$75 rental fee if you would like me to include the use of a wireless/battery-powered small PA system

Happy, friendly witnesses may be available for your date if needed. $60 fee per witness
*Travel Fees and Accommodations:
Venues I officiate are typically located within 1 hour travel time of Portland/Cumberland, York, Androscoggin, and Oxford Counties. The fee quoted in my listed packages includes all fees and travel to venues located within these counties for your rehearsal and ceremony.

Additional travel fees and overnight private accommodations may be required for any ceremony beyond 50 miles/1 hour from the above-listed areas/counties. If a rehearsal is scheduled in the late afternoon the day before the ceremony, with a ceremony held before 3 p.m. the following day, one day's accommodations may be required. If the ceremony is scheduled after 3 p.m./evening for two days, accommodations may be necessary based on location. Accommodations must have a private bath, private sleeping quarters, and running/hot water.

All park entrance fees, ferry, and paid parking expenses for the day of the rehearsal and ceremony will be included in the final invoice billing.
