Being my last wedding of 2022 it felt extra special to officiate Evan and Meri's wedding day ceremony. I don't believe I have seen a bride with a more radiant smile. Her happiness set the stage for the entire day and it was easy to see how in love she and Evan are.
From the moment she began her walk down the aisle they could not stop smiling. Never taking their eyes from each other, they spoke words of love and promises, exchanged rings, and shared their first kiss as husband and wife as family and friends cheered them on..
The ladies in their wedding party wore black velvet gowns and held fall flower bouquets while the gents were outfitted in maroon tuxedos complete with bowties to match. Meri's dress was a beautiful fitted lace gown, and a long veil pinned perfectly into her updo. Oh how I LOVED her pink satin shoes!
The setting was a picture perfect September weekend at the stunning Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford, Maine. Friends and family gathered together to enjoy a full weekend of delicious food, gorgeous scenery, and all of the natural beauty Maine has to offer.
Their ceremony was held outside overlooking the lake and mountains. Guests snacked and dined on food that was perfectly prepared in house and included a Whoopie Pie table and signature drinks. Fall flower arrangements were created by Bad Rabbit Flowers and decor complemented the rustic chic wedding theme. The band The Right Track kept guests dancing and singing throughout the evening.
I had pleasure of working with a great team of vendors including the staff at the Bear Mountain Inn as the venue and lodging as well as incredible catering/service. I was also lucky enough to again work with photographer Molly Breton and Company. She and her team for capturing every detail and moment of Evan and Meri's celebration with artistic flair and grace. It was an honor to be part of such a beautiful day and I wish a lifetime of love and Phish Concerts to the happy couple! CHEERS....
